The Vision: Crafting an Opulent Home

Our mission was to develop a lighting design that would not only illuminate but also elevate the grandeur of this four-story residence. The property includes:

• A subterranean wellness and spa complex
• An entertainment-focused ground floor featuring a private cinema
• A first floor with a luxurious principal suite and family bedrooms
• A second floor dedicated to guest accommodations

Our goal was clear: to orchestrate an ambiance that seamlessly guided transitions between communal spaces and intimate retreats, allowing for both relaxation and entertainment.

Architectural Highlights: A Stunning Spiral Staircase

One of the property’s architectural marvels is its sweeping spiral staircase, visible from every floor. To accentuate this feature, we faced the challenge of integrating a sleek, linear lighting design that navigated the complexities of concealed steel frames within the walls. Through close collaboration, we refined our proposals, ensuring that our aesthetic vision was harmonized with technical precision.

Overcoming Challenges: Innovative Solutions

Movable Pool Floor

A standout feature of the property is the innovative movable pool floor, which required a versatile lighting system. This system needed to adapt seamlessly, transforming the space from a tranquil swimming sanctuary to a vibrant event venue with the push of a button. We implemented a sophisticated control system, allowing for effortless adjustments to preset lighting scenes.

Ground Floor: A Hub of Living and Entertainment

The ground floor features multiple living areas designed for relaxation and socializing.

• Living Areas: Here, we employed Multi-head retractable spotlight fixtures to illuminate art and coffee tables, while LED strips concealed in curtains created a soft, ambient glow. OKELI spotlights were strategically placed to create intimate lighting pockets.
• Kitchen: The kitchen area combines decorative pendants with Deep concave Spotlight fixtures for task lighting, while LED strips enhance functionality without compromising style. Recessed Adjustable Wall Washer frame the windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Leisure Spaces: Customized Lighting for Unique Experiences

The cinema and snooker room are designed to provide versatile lighting levels tailored to the experience. At lower levels, concealed LED strips guide the way, while Mini Recessed adjustable Spotlight enhance artwork visibility.

Bedrooms: Sanctuaries of Luxury

The luxurious bedrooms across the first and second floors are designed to offer peaceful retreats.

• Master Bedroom: This space features hanging pendants flanking the bed, complemented by Homelike Recessed rimless Downlight that accentuate the headboard and artwork. uplights enhance the overall ambiance.
• Bathrooms: Each bathroom showcases a unique lighting style, with IP65 Surface decorative Downlight accentuating shower curves and Mini Cabinet Spotlight illuminating individual niches.

Dressing Room: Function Meets Elegance

The master dressing room is illuminated with a central pendant light, supplemented by 3CCT Smart Recessed Downlight. We incorporated Mini Recessed Spotlight in the niches, enhancing depth and elegance, while lighting highlights the handbag section.

The culmination of our efforts resulted in a harmonious blend of architecture, interiors, and lighting, meticulously crafted to pay homage to the client’s heritage. Each lighting element contributes to the overall narrative of luxury and comfort, creating spaces that feel both personal and authentic.
